- Allow 1–3 days for feedback and questions.
- Live Review (if needed)
- Schedule a walkthrough or jam session.
- Invite devs, PMs, and stakeholders.
- Action & Approval
- Apply UX feedback, note decisions in the ticket or design file.
- Tag designer or UX lead for final approval.
